Bulambo Dunia, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Feb. 12 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
Eric Couch, born 1999, of Concord received a summons at 2:29 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation at the Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Kimberly Ann Coughlin, born 1981, of Franklin was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Jan. 21 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, theft of lost or mislaid property-less than $1,000, and two credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at The Draft at 67 S. Main St.
Jeffrey M. Spoor, born 1943, of Concord was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2023, on stalking and violation of a protective order charges after an incident or investigation at Granite Ledges at 151 Langley Parkway.
Nichlos Edwin Damon, 50, of North Main Street in Concord was arrested a noon on Dec. 28 on falsifying physical evidence and two registration of online identifiers charges, all felonies. On Oct. 31, 2023, a probation parole officer accused Damon of using unreported social media accounts. He was a sex offender due to two aggravated felonious sexual assault convictions in Cheshire County in April 2013. According to a story in June 2013, Damon was convicted of sexually abusing a girl between 2005 and 2007. The detective “conducted an open source search” on Facebook, and found an account with Damon’s name and other pieces of information that were confirmed from his prior sex offender registrations, an affidavit stated. The detective accused him of also having a TikTok account with videos posted on Facebook. Those videos included depictions of his face, apartment, tutorials of him cooking, and “posts where he appears to splice photos of himself with an adult film actress,” the report stated. The detective requested a search warrant for the Facebook and TikTok accounts on Nov. 13, 2023. Two days later, the detective interviewed Damon, and he admitted he was aware he had to report online identifiers, the affidavit stated. On Dec. 5, 2023, the detective received digital records from Meta Platforms, which confirmed the name of the account and the phone number, which was Damon’s cell phone, the report stated. On Dec. 13, 2023, TikTok emailed the detective and said the account had been deleted and the company had no records, the affidavit said. A warrant was then issued for his arrest on Dec. 14, 2023.

Joseph H. Anderson, born 1970, of Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:06 a.m. on Dec. 28 after an incident or investigation at the Concord Coach Bus Depot at 30 Stickney Avenue.
