Speaking to ABC Cardinal, Diego Serratti, agent to 27-year-old Paraguayan central defender Junior Alonso, discussed his client’s future, after a spell on loan from Ligue 1 side Lille at Boca Juniors.
“It is very difficult, even impossible, for Junior Alonso to continue at Boca on loan. Boca know on what terms things could continue. Lille are aware of everything and are open to all negotiations. We are waiting still to all sit together to see what is best for everyone.”
Alonso has another 12 months on his current deal with Les Dogues, who want to sell the player this summer.
