Tyngsboro Man Accused Of Shooting At Londonderry Home: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Stacy Lynn Charron, 41, of Oakdale Avenue in Manchester on possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of lorazepam charges, all felonies, on Nov. 6, 2023, in Salem.

Tucker Cockerline, 33, of Brookwood Drive in Salem on two felon in possession of a deadly weapon and three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense charges, buprenorphine, meth, and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs as well as a KA-BAR style knife and a Z-Hunter style knife on June 16, 2023, in Salem. Cockerline’s a felon due to a felony drug conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2018.

Marco Stephen Corsetti, 39, of South Main Street in Waterbury, Vermont, on a felony failure to register as a sex offender charge. He was accused of failing to inform Newmarket police of an address change between May 25 and July 7, 2022.

Joshua Richard Haggerty, 36, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering and cashing a check drawn on the account of Auto Room LLC for $3,196.20 in Windham on July 14, 2023.

Devin Matthew Hansen, 22, of Patricia Drive in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He, Jonathan Lucy, and a boy placed others in danger by firing a gun into a home on Wiley Hill Road in Londonderry on Oct. 10, 2023, according to the indictment.

Charles Henry Hanson, 47, of Elephant Rock Road in Seabrook on a felony violation of protective order-subsequent charge. He was accused of being within 300 feet of a protected party between Nov. 5 and Nov. 6, 2023, in Seabrook after being convicted of violation of a protective order in Rockingham County Superior Court in August. 2023.

Abel Junior Hernandez, 42, of Berkley Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Marshalls in Salem on Nov. 16, 2023, after twice being convicted on theft charges.

Luis Manuel Hernandez, 26, of Hildreth Street in Dracut, MA, on possession of crack cocaine, possession of meth, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and removing them from his person while in the back of a state police cruiser on Nov. 16, 2023, in Salem.

Carrie A. Honaker, 56, of Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth on two felony stalking-subsequent charges. She was accused of yelling at a protected party, “Get away” and “You’re making me drink,” or words to the effect, in violation of an order, on Nov. 16, 2023, in Portsmouth. She was previously convicted of stalking in October 2022 in Portsmouth District Court.

Brett Hoover, 33, of Highview Circle in Raymond on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 1, 2023, in Raymond.
