Millersville, Severn Getting 5 New School Buildings
Old Mill Middle South and Severn Run High are the first two of the five new school buildings coming to Millersville and Severn.
Severn Run High replaced Papa John’s Farm at 8065 New Cut Road.
The new Old Mill Middle South replaces its previous facility at the Patriot Lane complex in Millersville. That complex still houses Old Mill High and Old Mill Middle North.
The former Old Mill Middle South wing will be demolished and replaced with a new Center of Applied Technology North, set to open in August 2027.
Old Mill Middle North will move into a new building in fall 2028 at the former CAT North, located in Severn at 800 Stevenson Road.
Old Mill High will also open a new building near its current location in autumn 2028.
In the end, Patriot Lane will only house the new Old Mill High and CAT North. Both Old Mill Middles will be located off-site. Severn Run High is on its own property. All five schools will be stand-alone buildings.
