FC Nantes goalkeeper Rémy Riou is set to leave the club. Claudio Ranieri has made it clear that he is in the market for a new number one, leaving Riou to find a new team to play for this summer.
20 Minutes report that the 29-year-old has reached an agreement concerning personal terms with newly-promoted to the Turkish first division side Göztepe.
This is after Riou rejected an offer from another Turkish team, Alanyaspor. RMC report that Nantes President Kita could be willing to reach a termination agreement with Riou of his existing contract so that he can join the Turkish club for free. Discussions concerning that possible arrangement continue.
