Ligue 1 side Bordeaux lead the charge to sign Rennes goalkeeper and French international Benoît Costil on a free transfer this summer, according to France Football.
The 29-year-old has had approaches from Celtic, Fiorentina and OGC Nice, but Jocelyn Gourvennec has moved fastest to try to convince Costil to join Les Girondins with Cédric Carrasso set to leave FCGB this summer when his contract expires.
Rennes are looking at potentially replacing Costil with Lorient goalkeeper and captain Benjamin Lecomte in the meantime.
