According to Mundo Deportivo, PSG captain Thiago Silva is considering a change of scenery this summer, as he grows more frustrated with Les Parisiens’s lack of recent progress in the Champions League.
The Spanish daily claims that the Brazilian defender is bored of winning the same domestic trophies every season without any European success, and that he could be interested in moving to Barcelona this summer.
The report concludes that Barcelona have not made any approach to PSG because they know that Les Parisiens will not be interested in selling arguably their most important player.
If Thiago Silva is to move at all this summer, then he will have to completely ruin his relationship with PSG President Nasser Al Khelaifi to the point of no return.
This is incredibly unlikely at the time of writing.
