YAPHANK, NY — A Starbucks coffee chain is in the works for The Boulevard in Yaphank, Greater Long Island reported.
The developers of the property appeared before the Brookhaven Town Planning Board in November to unveil the plans for the new location at the 322-acre mixed-use development, which is anchored by a Walmart Super Center, the outlet reported.
A spokesperson for the developer said Starbucks likes the location because of the outdoor seating abilities, according to the outlet.
