France Football report that 41-year-old ex-FC Lorient manager and French international goalkeeper Mickaël Landreau is in the advanced stages of putting a project together to acquire struggling FC Nantes from owner Waldemar Kita.
Les Canaris, who last week hired their 3rd manager of the season in Antoine Kombouaré, are in the midst of a relegation battle. It remains to be seen whether or not Kita is interested in accepting offers to buy the club.
