What are some of your customer’s favorite items, services or products?
Click Here: offaly gaa jerseysOur most popular fresh seafood item is our Scottish Salmon. It is flown in overnight from Scotland and brought in daily to our store. For prepared foods, our customer favorites are our Grilled Teriyaki Salmon, our Homemade Crab Cakes, our Lobster Salad, and our Sauteed Brussel Sprouts. And for produce, we carry seasonal melons that you normally won’t find at the supermarket. Some of my favorites are Dino melon, Santa Claus melon, and Hami melon.
Does your business have any big plans in the near or far future, such as expansion, new offerings, etc.?
We are always exploring new offerings. At the moment, we are testing out a few marinated and ready-to-cook seafood dishes for ultra convenience and deliciousness straight out of the oven and onto your table. Stay tuned!
What is the best part of operating a business on the Main Line?
We are lucky to have a large constituent of loyal and regular customers, some of whom have been shopping with us for over 20 years! We know many of our customers by name and we love getting to know new members of the community.
What are some of the difficulties in operating your business that customers may not be aware of?
Most people are well aware of the inflationary pressures and staffing difficulties over the past few years. They may not be aware of the sacrifices me and my staff make to keep the business open 6 days a week and through busy seasons and holidays. That often comes at the cost of spending time with our families and/or having a social life. This level of dedication from my staff is something I’m immensely grateful for.
What are some of your favorite businesses on the Main Line?
For food-related businesses, we are big fans of Sangkee Asian Bistro, Tired Hands Fermentaria, Tous Les Jours, and Dan Dan Ardmore. We take our daughters to Mud Room Studio to get their hands dirty and their creative juices flowing. And lastly, a shout out to the awesome coaches and staff at Orange Theory Ardmore for keeping me somewhat in shape and healthy!
